It bothers me a lot to go to a place and they don't have the foods they present on their menu, in this case I wanted a roast potato and they didn't have it, so why do they advertise it? Anyway. After that we ordered a roast chicken, they said it would take 20 minutes, there were like 4 people waiting and I only saw that they were placing chicken after chicken on a table and those of us who were there were just waiting without any explanation, obviously these were home delivery orders... I have never understood why giving priority to home delivery orders and having people there waiting, that is terrible service and zero customer service. In the end after 35 minutes they delivered my roast chicken, it was not bad nor memorable. Food: 3 Service: 2
