It's true, you can 'kill two birds', buy gas and get food at the same location. Don't normally review big chain fast food but there isn't a lot of selection in this town. I really like A&W and while the menu here is smaller, they do have most of the favorites and the prices are in line with other locations. Not sure if they take coupons or not. Small dine-in area or take it to go. Friendly staff and dependable food.

A bit smaller than the typical burger-joint-in-a-gas-bar . . . BUT, you can ALWAYS count on the consistent flavours at these franchises . . They are pretty good at getting the food ready-to-go by the time the tank is full!

The food was great, and was the only place open for a 6 am breakfast (we were there for a hockey tournament and had an early morning game).

If you're on the road and in a hurry, this is the kind of place you want. The people working there were friendly, the breakfast sandwiches I had were freshly cooked and tasty, at a reasonable price. The restaurant, store area, and restrooms were all clean.
