I took my kids out for a special treat tonight, and I have to say, our carhop, Cody, was the best we've ever had. He engaged playfully with the kids, assisted me with my credit card when the machine wouldn't cooperate, and his genuine enthusiasm for his job really stood out! We’ll definitely be back and will ask for him specifically. I also want to give a shoutout to the manager who kindly took the time to explain the difference between a regular hot dog and a croissant hot dog. I was convinced there was no difference, but he demonstrated it patiently. While other managers seemed a bit annoyed, he handled it with great humor. Thank you!

The staff is generally outstanding, even during peak hours or close to closing time. However, the food can be inconsistent at times; for example, they sometimes forget to add cheese to your dish or your chicken sandwich might come out a bit too crispy. There is a younger employee, I believe his name is Gabe, who consistently provides excellent service. He is always friendly and polite, and he takes the time to ask questions to ensure that your order is correct.

I have notes with extra fat that they were right out of the fat, but would have been nice if they left them before they clean them up.

Sonic always seems well staffed, the people are friendly, the food is prepared accurately every time. They are probably the fastest drive-thru in Cabot, McDonald's. Ironically could be the slowest.
