Sweet Basil Thai - Caboolture

Hello, not very happy at all. we have often come to sweet basilikum and love it every time. we decided to come and sit for the first time in business and regret it very much. we came to business at 545 on Tuesday 19th. we have not even given up a command after waiting 1/2 an hour. especially to see another customer who sat after us 15min, and she got order and eat came in 5 min. and we were still not served. Even after I fought against me and said, I commanded you here or you come to the table and coworkers said she'll come to us soon. we left 6 15 you could have $90 tonight. we still decide if we want to offer them other services

Over food ordered. drivers changed 3 times because the order was not ready for these times. order came in the Menulog book (no drama to me, but I am sure the relevant business would think) almost 2 hours after the order (we live only over 5 minutes away, and order still delayed) sweetsatay was full mushroom, I have never seen a satay full mushroom without being called a mushroom satay, but this one is on me for not clinginging and clearing I. hubby’s cubes of kartoffel and bark was huge pieces that needed to cut strong cutlery, the non-existing cutlery we demanded was not in the position to do the job for the actual that it was not included. the taste was not as tasty as expected or hoped. the one star but is largely for the fact that I am in hard plastic when eating my cocosy. not only a rim of their removal container plastic (of which our all were still intact) but thick hard and sharp plastic with a light plastic foil still attached. cut into my rubber. another piece was found as I was sieved before I was thrown into the müll. but thankful that I did not get the 3yr old or other children also share the meal. no possibility to send or leave reviews on social media pages. but will try to call again tonight to let them know. will definitely demand our usual of zeb thai for the future to stay Thai.

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. Not overly terrible, but not good either. A classic Pad Thai dish should be alot better from a Thai restaurant. No classic garnishings- peanuts, lemon or greenery, and the sauce was WAY off. My partner couldn't eat the meat in his one either, smelt odd. Fish cakes entrees were super average. Won't be return customers.
