Mcdonald's - Caboolture

This is a very new and modern franchise that is spotlessly clean and tidy. The food and service are excellent, and there's plenty of parking available for vehicles of all sizes, including wheelchair access. The restaurant offers a 5-star experience in terms of food and overall quality. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the men's restrooms are a bit limited—there are only a few, but they were clean. Overall, everything is far better than average.

I placed my order through the app, but it was having some issues. When I arrived at the drive-thru at 3:48 AM, the staff member was quite rude. First, she claimed that the ice cream machine was out of order. Then, she said they couldn't fulfill my McCrispy Deluxe order because it was breakfast time. However, the drive-thru menu and the app both indicated that they could serve it. She insisted they couldn't, and her demeanor was very unprofessional. As a result, I decided to take my money to Hungry Jack's instead.

The restaurant is clean, and the fast food is delivered to your table when you request it. There aren't many diners, so it's quite peaceful. I go there every Tuesday night after sports. It's not as budget-friendly as it used to be, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days.

Slow, incredibly slow. The self-service machine eats your recipts as well. Thankfully the food usually hot. They regularly miss items from orders though. Easy enough to fix if dining in, but huge disappointment when you get home to find you're missing your apple pie.

There criteria must have sadly fell below standard when it comes to who they hire. Went in this morning to see a worker driving his fwd like a maniac in the car park, of course someone said something and I watched as this so called member of this company abused and antagonised a customer who had lagitiment concerns about there safety with his driving. Then to see a manager come out and tell the customer to leave!!!!! Wow standards have dropped, this was my first ever work place and if we behaved Like that we would have been fired on the spot. Good thing the general area manager lives next door might need to have a word with him.
