Maria's Fish & Chips - Caboolture

Our second visit to Maria's fish & chips. Staff very friendly and once again very good fish & chips. Ordered cod and not disappointed. Large portions of fish and one scoop of chips did both my husband and I and still some left over. Would recommend.

The service is abrupt but I would not say rude. Just a difference in culture. The food is always fresh and good. The pricing is above reasonable. For being in the suburbs, this is the best fish and chips on offer and it will not disappoint.

I wouldn't eat here again, food disgusting, cleanliness of shop in terrible state and the owners are extremely rude who appear to treat their young staff with complete disrespect. I was disgusted. Do yourselves a favour and skip on this one!!!!!!

On holiday from NZ. Last year had a dreadful meal of f & c's in Coolum so was very wary of another disaster but very pleased to say the f & c's from Marias were very nice. I ordered cod but there was a choice of perch, barramundi and cod. Chips I would give a rating of 8 out of 10 but still enjoyable. Would recommend if you are in the area.

This shop has had three owners in the time we've been customers and we've always been happy with the quality and service. They have a good menu and the pricing is fair. We always phone ahead and our orders are always ready in the time advised. Portion sizes are generous and like others have said we've also received "extras" in our order We will continue to support this little local business. They are great!
