Red Tail Catering - Cabo San Marcos

My daughter got married at Los Willows Wedding Estate in Fallbrook on 11/17/22 and the caterer was Red Tail. She and her husband enjoyed the attention to detail when they went for the consultation and tasting. They thought the food was great and we found out how true that was at the wedding. Everyone raved about the food we had. I'm not usually impressed with wedding food but this company was excellent. All our guests raved about the tri tip and mashed potatoes, salad, and chicken. You won't be disappointed if you use Red Tail Catering.

I booked Red Tail Catering for my wedding reception. Prior to the wedding we had a food tasting that was a relaxed, fun experience during which we had a glass of wine and sampled 3 entrees and 4 appetizers. It was tough to narrow down our selections because every item we ate was tasty. We ended up selecting the palmiers for an appetizer, chicken piccata and Santa Maria Tri-Tip, with the wedding salad, veggies, and mashed potatoes for the entrees and sides. The wedding day came and I was looking forward to enjoying the meal. The food did not disappoint! My husband and I made sure to sit down and eat, and it was just as delicious in a buffet setting as it was at the tasting. The chicken piccata was moist and cooked to perfection. The Santa Maria Tri-Tip was delicious and the wedding salad was one of the best salads I have ever had. Multiple guests told me how tasty the food was and how much they enjoyed the meal. Plus, the owner, James, was easy to work with and the onsite team was pleasant and hard working. I highly recommend Red Tail Catering!

Changed my review from 1 star to 5 There is nothing that can be done to change our event but the effort made by James to figure out what went wrong so that it doesn't happen again gives me great confidence and I would use them again. Wedding Rehearsal Dinner for 30. Ordered 5 Gluten Free entrées and did not receive them. The food was good but several guest did not have dinner.

My fiancé and I had our private tasting for our wedding tonight, and it was a fantastic experience. James made the entire setup process effortless. When we arrived for our tasting, we found it incredibly difficult to choose from all the delicious options available. A big shoutout to the chef! We can't wait for our wedding and to impress our guests with the amazing dishes we sampled. You simply must try the pot stickers and the bistro steak; they are absolutely amazing! We're thrilled to have James and his team handling our catering, and we know we're in great hands!

I had an amazing experience with the catering service for my backyard wedding, and I can't recommend them highly enough. James and his team provided exceptional service and delicious food that received numerous compliments from my guests. They arrived punctually, prepared everything on-site, and served it flawlessly. Additionally, I hired one of their bartenders, who was a favorite among the guests. If you're in need of a catering service for your wedding, look no further!
