It's really a shame to have to come back several times each time for mistakes. I'll do it when there's no one, make an effort. However, it is almost usual the mistakes in order but this time we passed on January 02 at 6:45 pm, the young woman who took the order should be more careful. We had to report three mistakes to the terminal and the ticket. listening to the client and taking note of the order correctly is the minimum, I think. I also ordered home by uber to eat, well it was a hell. bad order, infinite waiting.
20 minutes waiting to be served while there was no one after 30 long minutes, it finally arrives!! disappointment everything is cold we give ourselves a sandwich that is...cold with the cheese that is not even melted...bref already twice as we go there and we will not return there.
Pleasantly surprised by the taste of burgers and the quality of the fries! I'll be back.
Overflowed to the underscore drive tonight. So the work was broken. we had a pro-15% card on the addition that was not applied. But we had reported it twice to the team before the cashing. the post is shown after the discount is €0.40, which actually represents the 4 ketchup sauces at €0.10 offered. the teammate informed of the error will see with his manager and he is told that once the ticket is made, we can't do anything. -15% makes more than 3€ discounts anyway! At least a commercial gesture should have been done. It's not a merchant at all! no towel or mayonnaise in our order, no ice cubes in a drink and a spilled ice. for service quality and waiting at the drive while there were 3 cars it sucks!
