Pakuri - Caacupe

Pakuri is one of the best restaurants I have dined at in Paraguay and can easily compete with those in other world capitals. The quality of the food and ambiance at Pakuri deserve at least one, if not two Michelin stars. Two of my favorite dishes were the pastell mandi’o de pescado, an empanada filled with fish and yucca dough, and the milanesa de rack de cerdo, a baked pork cutlet served with a bitter orange sauce and sweet potato puree. The cocktails, made with local liqueurs and ingredients, were also delightful. Both the chef and mixologist deserve praise for their exceptional work.

I would give this place 5 stars without hesitation! The service was incredibly attentive, quick, and friendly. The menu is innovative and creative, with many dishes showcasing a clear Paraguayan influence with unique twists. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in every corner, making for a charming dining experience.

So a beautiful place with amazing eating. everything is very tasty and traditional. the price is too low compared to what they offer. I loved it and come back as soon as possible. thank you sofi!
