After ordering, we waited 2 hours for delivery, the pizza arrived cold, I ordered coca cola-zero because I was ordering it for my father, who is diabetic and likes to have something without sugar but sweet, but they brought us a regular cola with sugar. Waiting 2 hours for an order is sick. After the subsequent phone call, she just told us that she would not do anything about it, that I should have agreed with a colleague. I would expect a little humility. Hopefully my excellent opinion of this place will not change after today.

Unbelievably disappointing. We waited 2 hours for 1 pizza and a drink even though they are 15 minutes away from us. It was Saturday, one expects a longer delivery time, but 2 hours was too late. After 2 hours, the pizza arrived completely cold, dry, and the drink was different from what was ordered. We turned back to the telephone line of the operation, where they said I won 't do anything with the pizza and we can change your drink we would have to wait another 2 hours (it wouldn 't really hurt the pizza anyway, since it was already a day old at the time of delivery old).
