Bob's Smoke Stack Ribs - Byron

Lunch. Server was very nice and accommodating. We couldn't decide what we wanted, so he said, how about I make you a record of everything? Prices are fair and similar to most other BBQ places. Really liked the pulled meat, very juicy and tasteful.

Bob and JR are two of the nicest guys who treated us to a fantastic meal and made it a five star experience. Can't speak very enough of them. Tested the bbq chicken sandwich and Jo-Jo potatoes and loved every bite. Recommend everyone who wants a great BBQ!

I had no idea there was a restaurant, but I found the truck on the way from work and stopped. I have the pulled pork sandwich with pommes. Smacking! The Lord offered me bbq, but I didn't even need it. Flavorful, but not overwhelming, and the pommes were crispy and crispy. I'm back for a rack

Service was fast and friendly. Food arrived in a timely matter and was extremely hot. Fried okra and catfish batter was light and crispy,as it should be. The catfish was light and flakey 9.8 out of 10! Not the best ribs I've ever had but, they very well may be the best in a 100 mile radius. Water was very good!! Water quality is very important for my dining experience since I never order soda when dining out. I will definitely be returning to try the brisket.
