The meal was a degustation- type menu but they catered graciously for a few special food needs. It was a very relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend it.
Our group of six hasn’t stopped raving about the FHD experience we shared in gorgeous Possum Creek. This is what you can expect: superb cuisine without pretension, excellent wines, lovely staff and a quaint schoolhouse setting in the lush Byron hinterland. Neale collected us in the restaurant’s complimentary shuttle and entertained us with local stories on the short scenic drive to and from our coast accommodation. The food though, the food! Share-plate style, inventive and generous; delivered with obvious craft and feeling from the kitchen service staff. It was fun, convivial and delicious to the last morsel drop. Don’t think twice. Go there!
A restaurant just down the road and doesn't get any better. Impeccable service. The food here is really, really good. I wanted to eat slowly to savour every mouthful. Easy as, the menu is what you get. Priced right for the quality of the food. The wine however is a little expensive. Can't wait to eat there again.
What a sensational meal! Not only were the flavours were exquisite, the presentation stunning, the venue light and airy, the service impeccable but we especially enjoyed the local ingredients and the unique way they were put together. We are definitely going to this restaurant again, and again ... and hopefully, again! Thank you Friday Hut Dining for a truly memorable meal.
We had such an amazing Sunday lunch. Everything was fantastic. Our waiter was so knowledgeable about the menu and explaining in depth the four courses and matching wine and cocktail. Which we could not fault we can’t wait to come back again and would highly recommend
