Little Caesars Pizza - Byron Center

We had a thin and deep pizza and two kinds of wings. all were very good.

Food was good but service was slow and pizza portal wasn't being used.

Very good fast. Had the new Calzonie and it was fabulous!

Pizza portal was down.. 8+ customers waiting to pick up orders that were emailed their order was ready. 10+ customers in line ordering hot and ready or ordering in store. Staff was oblivious to online order customers, and didn't acknowledge them at all. Waited 20min after my order was emailed Ready Understaffed is understandable, but bad service is not. ownership needs to know they lost my business for a long time.

Friendly staff and my pizza and breadsticks were instantly ready for pickup from the warmer kiosk using the code and app. Food tasted good and definitely one of the best Little Caesars in Greater Grand Rapids.
