I was initially apprehensive about dining here since the menu indicated "low gluten" rather than gluten-free (GF), but the staff were incredibly helpful. I found out that the burgers are safe for individuals with celiac disease. The "low gluten" label is there to inform diners that there are non-gluten products in the kitchen, which poses a risk of cross-contamination, but they assured me that they clean surfaces thoroughly to ensure safe food preparation. The fries are cooked in a separate fryer, and the gluten-free bun is also dairy-free (DF). I ordered Betty's Original without cheese, paired with fries. Both the Betty's special sauce and the vegan aioli were safe to enjoy, which was a delightful surprise! Overall, I had a delicious burger and fries without any symptoms afterwards!
It was one of the best gluten-free burgers I've ever had. It was fluffy and fresh. A delightful dining experience!
