Mcdonalds Buzin

In the restaurant the food is always made quickly and quality is better than other McDonald’s. Its never too crowded. Staff is always friendly. Location isn’t ideal but neither is life. Delivery is 50/50. Half the time everything goes smoothly and perfect but the other half i wait over an hour and a few times my order gets canceled for no reason after waiting forever.

I had to wait 20mins parked in reserved car spot in drive-through after paying 4 burgers with fries and at home found out that they gave me only 3 cold ones.. they robbed and sold cold food

Small portions, overpriced food, cheap wooden forks...this is in my opinion the lowest point of McDonald's franchise, ever. The service is of course nice and polite, but once great concept of a fast food restaurant turned into a disaster.

I was waiting 50 minutes to get my order to the table. I had to ask three times before i received the order! On the cashiers desk, nobody wants to come and serve you. Employees ignore that you are waiting for the cashier waste time !!! Very busy place, jest one very small men's toilet. Very, very tightly in the toilet.

As tourists we wanted to have a quick meal while on the road. However the stuff didn’t speak english and since we tried to order at the drive through , the employee didn’t understand us and just hanged up without informing us ! So we waited until we realised our order never went through !
