I know I'm not going back to Mcdonalds!! I know now why mc Donalds deserves so much money!!
The staff was overloaded, the food was exchanged. We had 2x 20 Cickennugges in the menu and got 2xHamburger, 1 xVeggiburger and 2x Pommes . In the bag was the real cash bonus. This has happened to us 4x, we don't get food on the drive switch.
The coffee employee had no interest in selling a coffee or a smoothie, even though he was on the table. In addition to coffee and smoothie, we really sold some large ice cubes with a juice as smoothie. The employees were not willing to prepare a real smoothie : statement: that is... either people are not trained or they are not interested. A smooth six!!
Again and again parts of the order are missing the extrapommes today. The TS was also only lukewarm today. Finally the last time there.
