We have always been impressed with the quality of the food and the exceptional service provided by the staff. They always go above and beyond to assist us. We highly recommend this restaurant.
After trying 11 times, I finally managed to speak with someone about a delivery that was only half cooked. Despite being reassured that the area manager would contact me today, it still hasn't happened. After another 9 attempts to reach them today, there has been no response. I would advise against ordering food from this restaurant. If you do decide to order, be sure to inspect it carefully before consuming.
While the food isn’t too bad, it is extremely inconvenient and time consuming when trying to place an order. I was driving from Yanchep to Jindalee and was hoping to place an order for the family dinner over the phone, (using the in car Bluetooth of course) only to be told that they no longer took orders over the phone??? I asked them how I was supposed to place an order while I was driving, they said for me to use the app?? I didn’t want a fine, obviously, so I pulled over, downloaded the app and signed up with them, this took about 10 mins, I then proceeded to punch in my order. Only to find I couldn’t customise my order, my daughter is allergic to mayonnaise and my wife doesn’t like tomato on her burger! There was no facility to communicate this with them via the app. So I had no choice but to drive there, being forced to have to place my order at the counter, to then sit there and wait for half an hour for it to be made. The whole exercise from call to arrival at home took about an hour and a half. Suffice to say we won’t be eating Nandos again for a very long time because I have no choice but to have to order from the counter every time. Bring phone orders back! It’s astounding that a business would make themselves less accessible to conduct business like this.
This Nando's is the worst I have ever visited. The customer service is non-existent, as I was given a warm beer and when I asked for a replacement, I received no apology, just attitude from the server. The tables were also dirty, with food scraps on the floor, and the A/C was blowing so hard at the front that it made it very uncomfortable. I will never eat here again. It's surprising that this place is busy - there must not be any other chicken places in the area.
Never really had a good experience at Nandos, Jindalee WA . The first thing was trying to place a order on line .. frustrating and most of the time un-complete-able , so you ring ,always busy and puts you through to options Regarding other restaurants or cuts you off !! So ok .. I can live with this and drives to the store, but twice now they’ve got the order wrong even when I’ve placed it at the till and waited 15-20 minutes for it ... the last straw on my last visit, I ordered a half chicken and a pita wrap of smashed avocado and chicken , a side of sweet potato chips, spicy rice and a coleslaw and waited only to be told that it’ll be 30 minutes.. as they had no chicken prepared.. Ok yes places get busy and staff forget etc .. but to get home and No chicken.. I tried calling no answer .. so back to the store to be given three potions of chicken no breasts ..like left overs that no one wanted ? a reheated pita and a bag of chips as a good gesture.. if I wanted chips I’d have ordered them.. I just wanted what I ordered, not a “That’ll do “ order ?? Not my ideal of a treat or relaxing meal time takeaway .. Definitely will be staying away from here !! From a disgruntled customer !!
