Very disappointed with the manager. Last orders were called, we asked a lovely waitress if we could have a bottle of wine for four ladies. 5mins into our drinks we were asked to drink up. I explained we had just bought the bottle. He replied his staff had been working hard all week and needed to go home. It was 9.30pm we had not long come off our shifts as paramedics and just wanted to chill out after a difficult day. We were actually asked 3 times in 15 mins . It usually takes me around 45mins to drink a glass of wine having said this the staff were friendly and the food yummy

Arrived at 7.45pm 10 people. Confirmed Was there for dinner. Got seated. 2 menus available for 15 people. One of those had the wine page missing. We went to the bar to order drinks. Very slow service. By the time we got back to the table it was about 8.05pm. Started to look at the food menu and tried to get someone to take our order and were told kitchen was closed ! If we wanted food the only items available were pizzas. No problem with them having to close early but the person who seated us should have told us we were on a time line. We played the game and ordered pizzas.. they were served and no napkins or plates provided. Went to get them was told not to touch them.asked could they be brought to table....they never came....went back to get some was told off again. Someone arrived with side plates and napkins...then a while later the person who seated is eventually arrived with 2 buckets if cutlery and napkins when we were just about finished eating. She blamed the new staff for the mix up with food service even though she seated us close to closing time....then said it's written in the menus that they close kitchen at 8pm...would maybe seen that had there been even 1 menu for 2 people.....also bottle beers were warn and was told that's what happens when it's hot ! Asked for ice bucket for beers...was told they don't have any....only wine holders that take 1 bottle at a time. Even the tap beer was about 6 degrees. All in all a disastrous experience.

Came here for a birthday dinner, was served RAW CHICKEN (pink, red and cold). Asked one server discreetly to come check our plate, where she responded saying the chef said it was ok and it was ‘just the blood vessel’, no compensation was offered. Once put off our appetite we then asked another server if we could have any justification for the meal where she offered a refund. Great customer service the second time around but will not be eating here again!

Expected something at least ok but food was a disgrace, tasteless meatlovers pizza with very little meat on it, so called grilled salmon served raw and cold with beans also almost raw as well. No stars from me !

Don’t like to leave negative reviews but walked away feeling like what happened wasn’t right. Saw the sign for Happy hour yesterday at 4pm so thought that sounded nice and waited until 358pm. Went inside and spoke to the bar staff (2 of them) about what wine and beer was part of happy hour and explained that’s why we came in. Had a taste of a beer, made our selection and then got charged FULL price because it went through the till at 3.59 and 58 seconds. I’m not joking. We didn’t notice until we got back to our seats that we paid $24 for glass of wine and 1 beer! Spoke to the bar manager i think, who explained that it was “the till’s fault” that we didn’t get the advertised discount. We were not even offered a refund for the difference just told we could have money off our next round but by this stage we didn’t want to give them any more of our custom. 2 seconds literally cost me $5.00. It’s that ridiculous, I’d laugh if I wasn’t so annoyed. My phone said it was 4pm by the way.
