Burger King - Businovo

Worst Burger King experience ever. Such entitlement for being rude. Don’t know if it’s because it’s located in the airport terminal, that they feel they don’t need to be nice to people. Won’t be visiting any Burger King in Russia again

The place is nicely set. One of the self service terminals wasn't working, so the guy working there told me to pay cash... Moving to the next terminal fixed the issue. They switched cheese sauce and mayonnaise.

Really poor English skills , workers as motivated as a kid who's lollipop got stolen . Literally no one was here , every single desk was dirty ! Girl at the counter nearly fall asleep or was drunk, nuggets fried way too long . Recieved the wrong order after 15 minutes , and again : no one was here

An excellent, albeit too brief, respite from the chaos of the airport. Fast food burger and fries just as I had expected! Couldn't have asked for more in between babushka chaos.

I wanted to buy only one coffee and when I checked the bill I found he had added some extra strawberry Vanilla hot pie which I didnt ordered and when I asked him then he told me it's a present then after he offered me that pie which I didn't want. It's really unexpected when they are making a fool to tourists on the airport because they don't speak Russian.
