I stayed at this hotel for a family event and was impressed by how accommodating they were for gluten-free options. They even had a separate toaster specifically for gluten-free bread at breakfast, which was a nice touch.

The restaurant's gluten-free options were unclear and inconsistent, as we had to ask the server for information each time. The first dinner was enjoyable, with my husband ordering gluten-free fish and chips. However, he experienced cross-contamination during breakfast the next day and could only have scrambled eggs and bacon. The second dinner, a cheeseburger without the bun and fries, was not as satisfying. The second breakfast was better, as they mentioned they had gluten-free bread and toasted it in the oven upon request for extra precaution.

The restaurant needs to improve their communication about gluten-free options and be consistent with the information they provide to customers.
