Gijang Home-made Noodle - Busan

Special about this place is that they make their nudes in a traditional Korean home. someone always makes the nudel in the restaurant (you can watch him/her make nudel out of the teig it is quite amazing) so their nudel is not comparable to any other. also use a very good anxious broth for the suppe. if they are a nude lover, this place is definitely worth a visit. the price is very reasonable and the service is efficient.

Delicious noodles and broth, cheaper price (about 5,000 per bowl won) faster service. Note that there is no meat in the pasta.

I was walking around the area to see if there were any good looking restaurants that has been operating for a while and the moment I walked past this place I knew this was the place. I walked in and the staffs were really helpful. Although I don't speak a word of Korean the staff were really helpful. The noodles I had was one of the best I had in South Korea. The texture is chewy and flavourful which matched the broth a lot. I will recommend this restaurant.
