Roy Rogers - Burtonsville

I went through the drive through today. The gentleman on the speaker sounded less than happy to be working there when he took my order. I then picked up my order and the wrappers said the correct item names but one sandwich was incorrect. The food did not taste like much either. Disappointing and we will not return. The Burtonsville Roy Rogers is a great location. Can't beat the fried chicken, and the Fixins' Bar was complete and set up well. Where else but in MD can you be sure to have Old Bay for your fried chicken! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This Roy Roger's is trash. The staff is very unprofessional. The food looks nothing like what is posted on the menu. ALL of my drinks were watered down. The cashier made me pull up to the stop sign to wait for my food because she said that they needed to keep their time down at the drive through. I will never come back to this location. The worst experience at a Roy's ever. 1st. The place was dirty as hell, tables floors windows, doors just disgusting and the food was so subpar. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
