Mill House - Burton upon Trent

We went for the lunch deal of 2 meals for £11.49 They were very busy, hosting a local bingo, as well as half term busy, with families dining in, but still very attentive and welcoming. The food came in a timely manner and was lovely. Table Service was friendly and professional. Felt guilty that we had no cash on hand to tip the young gentleman who served us! We had planned to pop to subway but their car park couldn't accommodate another disabled car, so on the off chance we popped here. For the money I would spend on 2 subs and a drink I got 2 hot, healthy meals in a friendly environment! We will definitely be returning.

Lovely pit stop for breakfast after a long walk with dogs, quick service and very tasty food. The only tinny negative was the fact that had to clean rain water from the table and chairs outside myself.

It's my favorite place! The terrace by the canal is incredibly relaxing, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The food is great, too. Plus, they have a playground for children.

We visited on Monday, April 25th, with our children and family between 2 and 4 PM. All the staff were incredibly talented. The food was fantastic; everything came out hot and there were no issues. The employees made an effort to engage with my youngest child (a baby), and Charlotte provided excellent service with a warm smile.

The food was good and reasonably priced, which is typical for Hungry Horse pubs. The staff was friendly and efficient. I’m giving it four stars because the place looked a bit rundown and could use some renovations, especially on the outside.
