She supported us with the food menu and gave us an insight into the journey, which we were about before. From beginning to finish, she described the taste we would expect, which was our overview of every course and sure that the night went smoothly. Grief We also decided to have the wine package for every course and to support Chris. His experience, knowledge and expertise as sommelier were beyond my expectations. The talks we had with him made us so happy to have the service all night. Grief The food was amazing from start to finish. The course meals were well dimensioned and not too small. The meat we ordered medium was cooked to perfection. The day could not have been better. I have honestly found a new meat sky, which I definitely came again.

The entrance to the restaurant was so beautiful. The service was in the beginning together with the entrance of Steak Tartare and tuna Tartare beautiful. My friends said the steak tartare tasted like a cheeseburger - Well, it contains cucumbers! For the network we decided for the Wagyu-Rump, 30-day lumbar and 30-day ribeye. While these were perfectly cooked, the lumbar circle was tough. Unfortunately, we preferred the rib eye to Wagyu. Accompanied With these cuts, delicious ratatouille, salad and potatoes were fried in Wagyu Fat. When dinner continued, the service became inconsistent. For the value and the service this was really overpriced for what we got that night.

We ordered the Squid Tintenrisotto with chili, bacon and coriander; The Cape spim dry at the age of 36 months old grass Fed filet 250g; The wood was grilled David Hohnens Arkady Lamb lub chops and chops with MINT jelly; The coal roast chorizo with potato and white beans; and pages of baby Baldivis Kipper potatoes in Wagyu Fat; And the wood fired grilled cremed corn with chiplotle chili butter and manchego cheese. The lamb chops were really delicious (we asked for medium cooking). The Kipfler potatoes were crisp and delicious. We had trouble finishing everything we ordered. Grief Grief For dessert we ordered Vahlrona chocolate with caramelized gingerbread, mandarin, hazelnut and coffee ice. It was not bad. The gingerbread was a bit dry. Grief Grief The service at our table was great. Our waiter gave us some recommendations for our order and checked us all night. Grief Grief Only what is negative to say is that it was an expensive culinary experience. However, if you have extra to eat, give this place a go.
