Mcdonald's - Burrell Township

This McDonalds is consistently good. Most of the time I order through the ap pick up in drive through, it's flawless. And their Iced Coffee is the best!

Terrible food, tasted like it was 3 or 4 days old and dry.

Had the $5 meal deal. Pretty hard to mess up, but they did. I ordered on my phone as I was 5 minutes from there passing by on the way to Scranton. The sight is specific on how you order what's on your burger. I inputed pickle and onion only. Of course, as I'm driving down the highway 10 minutes/10 miles down the road. Open the wrapper, ketchup everywhere, and no onions. Someone was asleep at the grill. Oh well, I ate it anyway. Had been driving 6 hours since breakfast.

Drive thru lady really lacked customer service skills. Didn't say a word, just reached out her hand for my card, rang me up, handed it back. Not a word spoken. Lol

Food is OK. I seriously think the quality has gone downhill over the years as the prices have increased. (The Happy Meals def are a joke anymore. Service at this location is hit or miss. I usually go through the drive through. While each employee I have encountered do know how to.domtheir job correctly(or so it seems some act like they're so miserable that they've contemplated throwing themselves in front of the moving traffic up on rt22 instead of being at their job lol! But, then there are those who smile and are pleasant. And the atmosphere isn't anything special. It's a McDonald's.....
