Caribou Coffee - Burnsville

Fasten your lids so they don't push people! You? re-design is terrible and then you took straws away, so every time you try a sip the leaky lid drips on you. That happened enough if I actually wrote a review, so hopefully? ll fix it!

Every time I come to this location I?m disappointed. Last week I came to this location with my puppy in the car since it claims that it has a drive through. I drove around the location twice, and ended up having to drive to a different caribou that ACTUALLY has a drive through and indicated on google that there is not a drive through option at this location. I see that still hasn?t been updated. Today I went and ordered a hot press. The barista asked me if i wanted a crafted press, I asked if they are the same thing? She said yes so I agreed and she put the order in. When I got home I immediately realized that the crafted press is NOT the same thing at all as the hot press. I almost wanted to go back and ask for the correct drink but the workers are so unfriendly that I don?t think I?ll ever go to this location again. Guess I shouldn?t have trusted that the baristas working there would actually know the menu well enough to know what I was ordering.

This Caribou has the kindest people you?ll meet to start, or finish, your day. Every time I?m there I see them treat everyone with a familiar sort of compassion, whether it?s your first time or 101st time there. It may be a coffee chain but it has a warmer local vibe. I love when I?m nearby and get to stop in, leaving with coffee in my hand and a smile on my face :

My favorite Caribou location, always clean, calm, and the staff are super friendly. There is some nice outdoor seating and a nice bread store just through an open door I've noticed that the tastes of drinks change slightly from location to location, so keep that in mind! My favorite drink is the matcha latte on oat milk.

Staff was very nice and service was good. The reason for the two stars was due to the cleanliness of the place. Overall the entire store needed a deep clean and the floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. You'll see in the pictures there's a hairball and lots of general debri.
