White Spot North Road - Burnaby

We had to wait a bit for our food, but it was understandable since we arrived at an odd time—4 PM. The food was delicious, and our server took excellent care of us.

The service was quick and friendly, and the food was excellent. Our table of five had no complaints at all. They serve delicious burgers and offer a unique twist on poutine. We will definitely eat here again and highly recommend it!

White Spot is a Canadian-style restaurant that offers excellent service at great prices! The food and location are fantastic, and the music takes you back in time—it's quite enjoyable! Be sure to try the milkshakes; they're delicious! Plus, there are plenty of parking spaces available.

I used to really love White Spot, but ever since the pandemic, my feelings have changed. Now, I only like it. The prices for a basic burger are far too expensive for my budget. I might as well just get McDonald's or something similar.

I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Burger with fries, which turned out to be pretty standard for this chain—definitely met my expectations. However, the Fried Chicken and Fish Chips were disappointing and fell short. The chicken pieces were thin and boneless, while the fish portions were quite small. Both items had an unusual taste to them; it seemed like the frying oil might need changing, or perhaps they were using older ingredients. I'm not exactly sure what caused the strange flavor in the fried proteins. The fries were only lukewarm with the first serving, but they were hot and fresh when I got round two. Overall, I'd rate the burger a solid 7/10, but the Fried Chicken and Fish Chips only get a 5.5/10. - @veryhangryguy
