Wfm Coffee - Burnaby

This is a rating based on the bakery section at Whole Foods. We had the New York Cheesecake with chocolate topping. It had a nice consistency of a cheesecake but the crust was soggy. I rate this dessert 4 out of 5. I have had other desserts from here and overall you can't go wrong when you're in need of a tasty dessert to bring to a party or special event. My favourites are the lemon cake (mouth watering) vegan chocolate cake.

I shopped at the Whole Foods Market in Burnaby, BC, Canada on August 20, 2023. The customer service representative's attitude was horrible, and the store management team was even worse. Management team knows that no one can regulate them, no one will ever do anything to hear about customers' voice. That is why the store management team is so arrogant. I don't foresee any positive future for this store, and I have decided that I will never spend another penny on this brand again

I absolutely love this store! I used to go there a lot as I worked in the area to buy lunch from their food bars. Their food is so delicious and they have a decent menu actually. Whole foods in general actually also has some items that I love for home purposes so I would shop there when I can. I've also purchased cakes from their bakery. I love that their cakes are freshly baked. Having said that, whole foods can be pricey.

This cafe is located in the corner of Whole Foods. The muffin coffee combo is cost-effective and the coffee tastes good. It's quiet on weekdays, so it's good to read a book or go online with your laptop

There are two diverse views towards WFM. One they are great and they got everything you want for a healthy lifestyle. Then there is the camp who, rightly so, object how similar products has a 15 50% markup over other lesser grocery chains. Yes the Bezo tax. To be fair I am of both and neither of the camp. However on a busy after work day, joints like Safeway is buzzing, Save on foods kind of humming, Walmart and Superstore in ought right murder mayhem, meanwhile Whole Foods Market is crickets. Just a handful disoriented souls stumbling around in their pyjamas. The core shopper, the family parent, the construction worker, office clerk is non existento, excommunicato. The rate it is going, expensive joint like this may just die the inevitable death. Then where am I going to find my gluten free sugar free Dutch dark cocoa? God forbid, Bezo do something! Save the ship.
