Subway - Burnaby

In my opinion, this Subway restaurant meets a high standard for the chain. They offer comfortable seating, a TV, and a variety of sub sandwiches. If you're not a fan of Subway in general, you may give this place a low score. However, if you appreciate Subway and understand their concept, this is one of the better Subway restaurants out there.

Subway is the number one choice for lunch near my workplace. The staff is great, but Rose stands out as the best worker. She is organized, efficient, and makes the best sandwiches. Many people from my work love the service and food at this Subway, especially when Rose is working. I have even contacted Subway's head office to praise her. They made my sub within 3 minutes when I needed to catch a bus great

Staff is often in the back on their phones, I can see them hiding and on their phones. They then act like it's a major inconvenience to them when they have to do their job.

Need to update hour of operation and stick with it! There are 3 different times that it says it opens 6:45, 7 and google says 730. Im standing waiting for 20 min to open at 7:40 and no one is here. I'm a regular paying customer and all I want is breakfast.
