Starbucks - Burnaby

Absolutely garbage service for a Starbucks. The guy at the cashier was quite rude when he spoke. Upon getting my order, half of my cup were covered with spilled coffee. I asked for another cup but the barrista simply put on another sleeve. Really?! How difficult is it to transfer the coffee into another cup? Is Starbucks counting cups now?I expect this kind of Sh*t service from Tim Holton, but when I'm paying $7 for coffee, there's a level of expectation.

I've been to many starbucks and the service here is awful. There is one lady working there who typically takes the orders she was so incredibly rude to me as I asked a question regarding the latte I was ordering. They also messed up my drink and lied about it. I showed them the label on the drink which was incorrect and she said the order is correct even though the label was wrong.

To the short guy with the black frame glasses, dude get another job, this one is too stressful for you! Maybe too much caffeine in your diet?

I miss the old Starbucks with couches and comfy sitting areas.

It was super strange. Let me elaborate.I went with friend of mine and we got drinks and we sat at the table more then 45 minutes and everyone was happy and minding his own business. But suddenly the employee came and told us why we put the table there it was a fire hazard.When we arrived the table was there and we enjoyed our coffee for more than 45 minutes.The only thing that changes was the dog my friend was with started to bark and I guess they didn't like that.So u guess it's not friendly for dogs and people that work there are not had great costumer services training.I will never go back there, because they way he kick us out of the place was not professional.
