I love the vibe of the place. Music can get a little loud at times though. One of their employees, Prateek really knows his stuff, he recommended a drink and now it’s my go to. My personal favourite place to hang out on campus

I love Starbucks! but this branch's staff are not the same as other branches. I feel they are either unfamiliar with the job or reluctant to work, of course I know they work hard because this branch is usually busy. Thank you, guys!

I always come here for my usual order (tall blonde coffee spinach feta egg white wrap). Coffee is made just the way I like (double-double), and food served hot and ready. The crew is polite, accommodating, and keeps cool under pressure; even in the busiest of times when lines of students and faculty are stretched out the front door of the West Mall Complex.To Starbucks Corporate:I want to commend Charm, the barista who consistently brightens my day with friendly greetings and fun doodles on my orders. Her cheery personality is contagious, and definitely is key to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.Cheers.
