Sean's Good Eats - Burnaby

Really good sandwiches, soup and sides. Love the grilled Italian paninni. They also make real home made milk shakes that are enough for two. They get their milk from Avalon that shares the building.

Sean's Good Eats is the type of lunch spot that you wish was beside your office and you could eat there a couple times a week. I was only in the area on business and stopped to have the beef dip with coleslaw and their fresh made chocolate milk. My friend had soup and a panini. The food was fantastic. The place was very busy with lots of customers coming in to pick up their milk in old style glass bottles. Sean's is a cool place and I would recommend it for lunch or at the very least for an ice cream cone.

Friends directed us here in our search for Avalon milk--the cafe shares space with the Avalon milk outlet. What a find! Busy at lunchtimes with all the workers in the area stopping in for quick, cheap, delicious homemade fare. Sean makes his own soups, chilis, etc., roasts the beef for sandwiches, etc. Prices are excellent and so is the food. Drop by for a quick lunch and a latte. And pick up your week's milk, yogurt, and cheese at discount prices, plus discount Uprising Bread (fresh, not day old).

Great for a lunch or driving by after errands on Saturday - pick up some milk and grab a panini. They are serious about the garlic butter!

The milkshakes are great, especially if you get the "double double" with chocolate milk instead of regular milk.
