Pizza Pizza - Burnaby

The food was overly salty, and the dish was quite tough; we didn't find it enjoyable. The vegetarian options also had a similar issue with being overly salty.

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. They consistently have trouble getting my food right. I've ordered panzerotti several times, and they never prepare it the way I request. I prefer it baked, but they always choose to fry it instead, which only takes about five minutes rather than the twenty needed for baking. This isn't what I ordered. Unless you're prepared to sit and closely monitor their preparation (which I did once, and they finally got it right), you will likely end up disappointed with your meal.

I work nearby and often visit this restaurant for lunch. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and really makes you feel at home. The pizza is always delicious, and the slices are very generous. Out of all the pizza places in GVA, this one is definitely the best!

I had an unfortunate experience with a staff member at this restaurant. When we asked him to leave our premises, he ignored us and even issued threats, claiming we should meet him at Pizza Pizza to discuss the matter since he works there. His behavior was quite intimidating, and I have it all captured on video. It was very unprofessional, and I'm shocked that Pizza Pizza would employ someone who treats customers like this. I won't be returning to this restaurant in the future.

I recently paid a visit to this restaurant to try their pizza, and it turned out to be quite an experience. When I arrived, the place was completely empty. I greeted the staff with a "hello" twice and waited for about five minutes, but no one came to attend to me. Just as I was about to leave, with the door still ajar, another couple walked in and also said hello. Finally, the cashier appeared, but instead of welcoming me, his first comment was, "Could you please close the door? The bell doesn't ring when it's open!" It was obvious he thought that was the main problem. The door had been opened and closed several times before, yet he hadn't acknowledged anyone else. I found his response to be quite rude, so I chose to leave.
