The new manager means you don't receive any additional items with your soup. I would recommend going somewhere that provides all the accompaniments for pho, such as sauces, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and basil.

I was informed that when you order pho through DoorDash, they do not provide any condiments or sauces. You only receive the noodles and broth.

This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady told me that the new manager's decision was that I couldn't get bean sprouts, hoisin sauce, or lime with my pho, which are normal items you would expect at any Vietnamese restaurant. I used to order from them many times in the past and they were good, but now the food is cheap, under-seasoned, and bland. On top of that, you have to pay extra to get these basic condiments with your soup. There are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants out there, so I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. The lady at the restaurant was rude and kept yelling at me, saying that her manager instructed not to give these items to anyone who orders soup unless they pay extra. I only received meat, noodles, and bland soup base - it was disappointing that I didn't even get hoisin, bean sprouts, or a lime wedge. Do not go to this restaurant.

I’m giving this place one star because when I ordered a beer with my lunch, the server looked at me, my toddler, then asked if I was driving. She then consulted with another server before deciding if she would serve me. It would do her well to have her own kids before judging a PAYING CUSTOMER she doesn’t know. I felt completely shocked and as if I had to explain myself to my mother. Even though she was younger than me, she clearly felt she had a superior view on parenting and my child’s well-being. She was the one who brought my kid a disgusting artificial candy/ choking hazard after I asked for a pen and paper. I mostly feel bad she felt the need to take her own issues out on her customers. She should mind her own business and have her own kids, then see how it feels when a clueless SERVER tries to judge you.Also the broth is watery.We won’t ever be back.

The food is always consistent. Service is kind. It's not fancy, but it's good.
