North Burnaby Wonton House

Beware phone customer service!. The food itself is more than worth the price. Unfortunately, what you must sacrifice for this is customer service. We have been ordering from them for three years, and have noticed that they have always have had issues with phone service more than once, we ordered combo 'C ' and showed up to find two combo 'B 's waiting. Despite having read bad reviews about their delivery service, we finally decided to give it a try unfortunately, it took more than an hour to get here (we live a 2 minute drive away) and they hadn 't quoted the price to us so we were surprised when it came to the door (one of their random price changes had occurred). So all in all, we definitely recommend the food and the restaurant, but be prepared for anything when it comes to customer service.

Their seafood chow mein is delicious. One time they messed up an order I picked up, they delivered the correct item ASAP although I told them not to worry about it.

I have only done take out so far with this place. The food is really good, arrives piping hot and prices are good as well. No problem asking for something special, like super crispy chicken wings or extra spicy. Large portions as well.

Cheap food is... well... cheap!The portions are okay, the meat is acceptable, and the ease of ordering is okay. The interior of the restaurant looks terrible, and they had freshly skinned chickens sitting over the dish pit (which you could clearly see from the restaurant.) After seeing that I will probably not dine at NBWH again.

We went here on a Tuesday night and had an amazing meal. The service was slow to getting our drink orders, but they had green tea on the table waiting for us. We went here with a huge group of people (about 15 people). The egg rolls were amazing, best I've had in ages! The portions were also quite big as well. We will be back when we go to Burnaby again.
