New York Fries Metrotown - Burnaby

Ordered a poutine and half way through, there was no more cheese and gravy. Just soggy fries at the bottom. Also got a chilli cheese dog and they barely put any chilli. And the bun was soggy that it fell apart. Quality has gone way down from before. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20

No one is at the store from past 40 minutes a-lot of people are waiting to order their food. Not good

I recently tried the pulled pork poutine at New York Fries, and it was fantastic! The fries were tasty, and the pulled pork was tender and flavorful. It was my first time experiencing New York Fries, and I really enjoyed it. I'm already looking forward to coming back to try the classic poutine and those classic hotdogs. They put cheese sauce instead of gravy in my poutine : We had already eaten like 2 thirds of it because we were very hungry and didn't want to waist the food but it was still kinda gross Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
