Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

So welcoming right when I come in the door.Very helpful and easy to figure out what I would like!The best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time.My receipt said “served by manager” at the till but whoever was behind the counter wearing a bright green shirt was awesome at helping me choose what’s good with their recommendations!Such delicious food and I am definitely coming back!5 awesome reasons equal 5 stars. Can’t wait to get more food there next time! (I recommend chicken on your burrito it was so good

The food at this restaurant is good, but the staff could be friendlier. They have almost an arrogant attitude like they are doing you a huge favor by preparing the food you ordered. It seems like they hate their job, possibly due to not being paid enough. I have had better experiences at other locations.

I visited the restaurant today around 11:30 and ordered a small chicken burrito. The food was good, but my main issue was with the staff. The girl with glasses who served me was very rude and seemed unaware of my requests. I asked for something else, and she responded in a dismissive manner. I was disappointed with the customer service.

Most of the time when I order a bowl, it only comes half full of food. It's absurd. Your employees need to be trained to serve customers the full portion they paid for. Despite liking this place, I may not return due to this recurring issue.

The burritos are made perfectly at this restaurant. They are a great value for the large portion size.
