Mr. Pan Pizza - Burnaby

The pizza at this restaurant is fairly good, but I had a frustrating experience with their walk-in special, which is advertised at $12. When I placed my order, the staff asked if I wanted extra cheese, and I agreed. However, when the bill came, it totaled $19. I questioned the price increase for the walk-in special and was told that the extra cheese I requested was the reason for the added cost. Charging $7 for extra cheese feels unreasonable. I won't be coming back.

This is an amazing local pizza place. My friends and I always get the butter chicken pizza, which seems to be one of their specialties. We've also sampled several other pizzas, and they've all been excellent. The prices are more affordable than many other restaurants in town, and the delivery staff are always friendly. I like to give them extra tips because they work directly for Mr. Pan rather than through a third-party service; this is why they truly care about their service, and the food always arrives hot.

This charming family-owned restaurant always delivers wonderful experiences! They use fresh ingredients and pile on generous toppings. You definitely have to try their Punjabi-style veggie and fish pakoras!

They frequently add extra charges without any prior notice, and their prices are not listed anywhere. Although they claim to have a menu with outdated prices, they fail to inform customers of the current rates. Be ready for unexpected additional fees. They also do not provide a copy of the bill.
