Lost In The 50's Drive-In - Burnaby

I was impressed by the appearance of the restaurant and had high expectations, especially since the sign claimed to have the best burgers. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The burger was thin and not very flavorful, despite my request for no tomato it still had tomato on it. The gravy had a strange taste, but the fish batter and tartar sauce were good. The service was slow as the staff were all outside in the back. The outdoor seating area was the highlight of the experience. Overall, it was not worth the $35 spent.

I have dined here several times and have had a great experience each time! The buns are soft, the burger patty is juicy, and the fries are delicious! I also highly recommend their milkshakes.

Good burger spot,fresh and quality food .lots of parking.Friendly and helpful staff .I had the chicken burger with a regular burger which beer so good .The bread was soft and warm and the toppings were fresh which is a nice change up ! I ordered two milkshakes because they were that good,the banana fudge and strawberry.Come here with a appetite as you will get your dollars worth here for large servings.I would recommend this burger spot to friends and family

Saw mixed reviews, but thought we give it a try ourselves. It was a bit disappointing. I’m a small eater, and the London secret burger by itself was sufficient for me. My husband had the Alberta classic meal and it wasn’t anything special. Our burgers did not look nearly as good as the ones shown on their website.If we’re in the area and are looking for food, we may come back, but definitely not a place we need to make our way over for.

We have visited this restaurant a few times and had a mixed experience. The burgers are delicious, with buns that are supposedly made in-house. I thought they were decent, but my partner didn't find them particularly special. We enjoyed the burgers overall, although the portion sizes could be a bit larger. The restaurant has limited seating indoors and outdoors, but it is usually not very busy, so you should be able to find a seat most of the time.
