This restaurant definitely lives up to its high ratings. The shrimp wonton and beef dumplings are both delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend trying the Ma Hua, even though it is quite large. I also tried their signature pork dish for delivery and will definitely have it in the restaurant next time. The small cozy atmosphere is not ideal for large gatherings. The service, meal, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. Recommended dishes include the Sweet and Sour Pork and Dumplings. The average price per person is CA$20-30.

My wife and I went there with my mother-in-law and her friend who highly recommended this little restaurant. It did not disappoint, it is excellent food for the price. Huge portions, lots of hot tea brought to our table. I lived in Beijing China 31 years ago for 3 years and ate almost every dish there was to try. I can honestly say this is by far the most delicious and authentic Chinese food I have ate since leaving China. The flavors and smell brought back a rush of very fond memories of dining in China in the little quaint restaurants with excellent and warm friendly service, huge servings and the tastiest food you will ever eat. We shared shrimp fried rice, a lunch special of spicy fish in like a stew, steamed pork buns, pork dumplings and wonton soup. All of it was mouth watering, hot and fresh. We had to bring leftovers home. I cannot wait to return to try the other dishes. This is a little gem in Burnaby. Very highly recommended. We ordered takeout and it tasted great! It was the first time I ate Northeastern hemp flowers and I couldn’t stop eating them. My weight loss plan was over! My daughter also loves to eat sweet pastries, and each dish is very generous. It took our whole family two meals to finish it. We will definitely go to the store to dine in next time! Their sweet and sour pork is literally THE BEST in town. I've been here so many times and always order it.
