Happy Lamb Hot Pot - Burnaby

It used to be a place I like to eat hot pot,but since the last time I went there, I was very disappointed, especially the working attitude and service of the staff, some ordered foods and drinks were not served until asked for it, but at least the waiters said that they were busy, so it was late, which was acceptable. What we couldn't accept most was their host Alex, what we see was every free tables was sat for average 20 mins before he bring in customer. His working attitude was like he had drunk before he started working, his eyes were blurred, cheeks were red, giving people the feeling that he was not conscious, my friends and I waited for an hour to get seated.Highly recommended improve training on staffs.

Descent hot pot buffet. The overall taste was good. But the quantity in each plate was limited, and the service efficiency can be improved.

The lamb here is exceptionally fresh, adding a delightful quality to the hot pot experience. Highly recommend this location. It is AYCE. The host and servers are awesome. Will keep returning and recommending to other people. Highly recommend making a reservation for dinner hours for the line up will be out the door by 7pm. Family and kid friendly as well.

Amazing first Hot Pot experience with my wife. Food was unbelievably delicious and atmosphere was top notch as well. Service was outstanding and very patient with us! We felt welcomed and comfortable at all times. These guys deserve 10 ?
