Birthday dinner celebration was absolutely awesome. Above and beyond what I would expect from a “chain” restaurant. Such attentive and absolutely kind staff. Food was delicious we’ve been here before and it’s absolutely consistent in delivery. Really made my daughter’s day. Thank you so much!!!

Well after the 3rd person that finally came and took our order she did not take the menus away she left them in table until the food came and then it was confusion.. Then when everyone ordered coffee I ordered a decaf and finally got it halfway through breakfast after finally tracking down one of 3 people assigned to us. Also someone sat us then water and then much later we were offered coffee and then finally food..

Ipad ordering system did not update to show wine discontinued and out of stock. was able to order a wine that wasnt available and was told by wsitress how good that unavsilable wine was. took 4 took 3 different visits to the table between waiter and head wine/manager to get a replacement glass. pop for table was completely flat. no carbonation at all. replacement glasses had a few bubbles but not close to regular fizzy pop. staff member should be recalibrating the syrup/ carbonation mix before every shift at the price charged for sugar water. seats in front of the prep table and kitchens were unsettling because constant staff members overhearing conversations was enjoyment stifling; specially when there were the above problems. not sure why we were seated there? had been taken to other section originally but quickly moved. food quality was ok. not nearly as good as recent trip to joey’s where the same meals were ordered for around the same price. basically we had an average dinning out experience. shows that most restaurants are no longer special and too many annoyances are accepted since covid. happens at the majority of sit down restaurants and has reduced my old dine out 3-4 times a week to just one and one delivery meal a week. restaurants are too expensive now to accept an average experience.
