Crystal Palace Restaurant - Burnaby

This is a great spot for lunch with $7.95 specials and a menu with other tempting options. I tried the Shanghai steam buns and the house special crispy noodles, both of which were delicious. The food is authentic Chinese and I have no complaints.

We didn't receive our full order. We called back to get our rice and they delivered a different dish instead of the rice. We weren't going to call a third time. The food was mediocre at best. The noodles were soggy and chicken was over salted. Would not go back.

Everytime I visit my family in Canada we always go there to eat. The ginger beef is a must. Not typical for chinese restaurant, the service is friendly.

Got my order wrong. Good food. But can be expensive if u don't order the business lunch deal. Serves beer so that's good.

Food is ok. prices are affordable. They shut down by 9:30pm despite signs saying they're open until 10 pm. They serve beer vs other local eats (Sushi place next door, Noodle House 2 stores down--that doesn't)... which don't affordably. Service is OK. Lots of families go here.
