Caffe Artigiano - Burnaby

A beautiful coffee shop in this area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Decorations, seating, washrooms and room are bright and clean. My wife is so happy with her ear gray tea with pot and cup. They use the loose tea and the quality is good. My coffee is a little cold because it's in the kettle. I don't give the 4 stars the 5 stars. Anyway, it's a nice coffee shop to meet with friends or just drink a drink. The outdoor chairs are not comfortable enough. Perhaps the road pavement is not suitable for larger chairs.

After 10 years not coming to Vancouver, the first café I missed was Caffe Artigiano. I first came to breakfast in the morning, and ordered my favorite Spanish latte I came here 2x in 6 days. The employees were so friendly, and they showed their excellent teamwork in managing the line and orders. Recommend everyone to come here to take a coffee or learn what great customer service is.

Price for perfection, provides mediocrity. $17 for a ham cheese with 12 ounces of coffee? ham was just processed ham, not quality deligrad, cheese was runny, so I think it's just processed, vegetables were ok, baguette was quite fresh, what can I say?

Had a delicious Mocha Freddo, along with a chicken and a British sandwich. It's delicious. Husband had a latte with pepperoni, Italian sausage and egg pack. Atmosphere was relaxing, spacious surroundings, very clean. There are tables outside to enjoy if you wish. Will definitely come back to try more of their selection.

I came to visit Vancouver and I'm so happy this was the first place I went. The best service I've had!!!!! AMAZING SERVICE. So warm and nice.
