The staff here at Brentwood store are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's great that they also serve two keto friendly smoothies.

Was kind of disappointed that they changed the birthday smoothie policy without having it be clearly stated anywhere that you have to purchase a smoothie before you get your bday smoothie. I hadn’t been in a month but it notified me my birthday smoothie was expiring so I came in on the last day so I could use it. They told me the policy changed a couple days ago. I explained how frustrating and disappointing it was to have wasted my time coming in and they told me they’d make it for me but I don’t have to “react in such a way” “it’s coming out of my pocket” like… you either want to have good customer service or you don’t. It’s just a smoothie, like whatever, but making quiet changes to a policy and then letting people come waste their time is just not good service. At least they made it for me but only after I was pretty upset at how inconvenient it was. This company has consistently poor service.

I love BEC. However, My complaint is the lack of consistency smoothie. I order same smoothie every time but every time taste and consistency is different . Depending on who makes it, one day your order could be excellent and the next it could taste completely different.

Came here after my work out upstairs at evolve Brentwood! WOW smoothie was amazing and really tasty. I would recommend the signature smoothies!

Messed up ordering the wrong smoothie for my sister by ordering vegan protein instead of whey and the nice worker named solan ? (So sorry I forgot how to spell his name) was kind enough to remake it for me. Thank you so much !!!!
