The Poacher - Burlington

Felicia was average during our time there until last call when she asked us what we wanted. we asked for some to go drinks and a round of shots before we left. the drinks we asked for to go were out of stock, but we never got asked if we wanted something else, and therefore just got nothing. the shots what we asked for never came, and there was no explanation and frankly she was just rude about it and didn’t care about us as customers. she was very dismissive and her behaviour didn’t seem to surprise her co workers when we brought it up to them. ver bad taste in our mouths leaving this place that we typically enjoy going to.

Always a welcoming place to visit. The staff are really friendly, the atmosphere is good and, although we didn’t eat here on this visit, I can say with all honesty as a Brit, that their fish and chips is the best around!

After a long walk we need some refreshing beverages and we stop in a cool patio. The beer selection is very extended and very yummy food options. We have some non-alcohol beers that were delicious. And with the sweet potato fries and dip sandwiche, a round of regular beers. Service very attentive and a very cool place to return back.
