McDonald's - Burlington

I had a great experience at McDonald's thanks to a friendly employee named Nolan. He was very polite and quickly served me my dessert. His customer service skills were excellent!

They are very rude. Always in a hurry to finish the crash. On numerous occasions, wrong order was given. Did Yo go in and the restaurant is a dirty mess. Where's the manager? Many young employees with huge settings .

Happy, friendly staff give the place a better atmosphere than most fast food connections. Parking is convenient.

I would normally not write any criticism of a wrong order, but from my last 7 coffee orders only 2 of them were right I needed to give people a head over this McDonalds drive thru. Please check your order before you go... even if it's just coffee. And if you go through again because the command was wrong, you don't expect any excuse they don't care. I really enjoy McDonald's coffee, but I think it's time to change to Tim's!

Stopped in for Ice Cream after soccer two Thursday’s in a row. The place is an utter pigsty. Ketchup on a few tables, news papers and napkins. Napkins and receipts on the floor. Toilet paper and urine on the bathroom floor. Come on folks, it’s...not a truck stop.
