Mcdonald's - Burlington

I usually get my French Vanilla latte from Burlington 's Mcdonalds. Because I am working overnight I need hot latte ... I got one from Appleby line but the taste wasn’t good. I went to Upper Middle Mcdonalds to replace my latte.But the girl working there said we don’t replace the latte and she called Manager, he said because you didnt pay here at this location I cant replace a latte for you which was sad And when I ask for reciept they all started laughing And the manger came in and I ask his name as he had no name tagAnd he said I am the manager my name is Randeep and go tell anybody you want to and he smashed the window at my face

We've always had a good experience at this McD's. It's usually pretty clean, fast service, and they get the order correct everytime! The burgers and fries are decent quality (for fast food).This location does not have a kids play area, like the branch on Guelph Line Upper Middle. It would be awesome if this location added a kids play area.

Went through the drive thru this morning around 10:00am. The lid was not of the coffee when it was handed to me and it spilled all over my hands. Thankfully I was able to drop the coffee outside of the car so the scalding hot coffee did not get all over my lap. The staff seemed very unconcerned and unapologetic. I had to ask for ice and they did not even apologize. Just got me a new coffee and sent me on my way. Horrible service.

Kids love the play area. Could use some extra tidying. Food score is low for obvious reasons. Staff very friendly and professional.
