I visited this restaurant in the summer of last year and again in July 2022, and it is absolutely terrible. The food is disgusting and I feel like they are violating food safety standards. The ice creams are melted, the cones are stale, and there are flies buzzing around rotting fruits. I have no affiliation with this company or location, but it is important to speak the truth about my experience.
When I arrived at the restaurant more than an hour before closing, two out of three coolers were already shut. The cold stone was sticky with syrup and toppings from previous orders, leaving no clean space for the staff to work. My friend and I were the only customers in the restaurant, aside from two annoying women and their children. I received a rough syrup I didn't want in my ice cream. Despite these issues, the staff was pleasant and the ice cream tasted good. However, the loud conversation and disruptive behavior of the women and their children made for a less-than-enjoyable experience. Although I typically enjoy coming here, this visit was disappointing. I hope that my next visit will be better.
We went in and the worker worked alone in a very slow pace, not knowing what he does, it took him so long to make only an ice cream for a customer. it is clear that he is not trained and was not ready for the job. we left disappointed and empty handedit: we came back about 5 hours later to give them another chance, and now there were 3 female workers who use people very fast and this time we left the load happy with ice cream. many thanks.
Just left this location--saw a family of three go in when I pulled up so I gave them a few minutes as I had read how slow service is. When I went in I saw one person behind the counter helping this family. I saw another employee walk to the kitchen area. I waited in line about 5 mins when the employee helping the family was on their second order(he was moving pretty slow.. . I saw him pop into the door way of the kitchen to I assume, let them know there was another customer waiting. I gave them another couple of minutes, then asked if the lady in the back was going to come out to help. He said no, she 's busy doing stuff . Hmm ok, fine but never in the history of customer service have I ever been told to leave customers waiting. Get them taken care of and get them out the door. Not here. I just left. Not the guys fault at all. I just expected the other employee to help him out. I went to dairy Queen! The reviews about this location are 100% accurate!
