Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

This is the third time I've been in this particular Kelsey's in the last month. The Mango cocktail I ordered took them over 20 mins to make and had no garnish ..a lime might have been nice. The Steak and blue cheese was boring no flavour .. no table visit from a manager ...being 6 guests who ordered drinks appetizers and full meals I know I would have stopped by to say hello... that aside I recommend that if all you want is burgers and beer then this is the place.

In my opinion this is the best chain restaurant (pub style). Their food is always consistently good.I love their Sonoma Salad - but it was better a few years ago before they made some changes to the salad.

We've been frequenting Kelsey's a lot more since the ability to earn/redeem Scene points came into effect. I always get the beet & goat cheese salad with chicken. Last night, the salad arrived and I honestly couldn't tell if it was the lighting or if it was the chicken, but it just looked a little off. I felt like a jerk for sending it back, but, I don't want to mess around with chicken. The owner stopped by, took the salad away AND brought me a complimentary cup of soup while I waited so my boyfriend didn't have to eat alone. A new salad came back in no time at all (and the chicken looked great!) and we felt very well taken care of. Our server, Chris, also does his own birthday rap -- when I was a server, I barely wanted to sing the standard birthday song to anyone, let alone put the effort into making my own song. When you've got serving staff who care that much about their job, then someone in management is doing something RIGHT.

We went here the other night for fish and chips and the order comes with coleslaw on the side. Normally my wife won't touch it and gives it to me. They recently changed the menu and with that came a change to the coleslaw- which now is the best I've ever had - and my wife loved it too. We're tempted to go back just to get more!

Took my sons for dinner here last night , the service was great and attentive and the food was great , we enjoyed it , thank you Janine :)
